About Cancer in Canada
Lung cancer remains the leading cause of cancer death for both men and women.

Met an Idol and Canadian Legend this weekend!

I'm starting to think that I may just have the best job out there. Sure I.T. can sometimes be tedious, stressful, & panic inducing... all before 8am! But where else could I work with a fantastic group of people and feed my love and addiction of road bikes and cycling?

This weekend, SpiderTech was hosting Canadian Olympian Steve Bauer and Team SpiderTech powered by C10. It was a bit humbling to see professional riders on the PowerWatt trainers doing the same workout that we had done earlier in the day! Needless to say those young fellas put out a watt or two more than I can generate.

I was hoping that I would have the opportunity to have my Team SpiderTech jersey signed by Steve and the SpiderTech boys. When I arrived, there were some I.T. tasks that needed to be performed and having the jersey singed slipped from my mind. It wasn't until the Owner of SpiderTech reminded me to grab it from my car.

After grabbing my Jersey, Steve and the riders were only too happy to give me an autograph.

You're never too old to be a fan boy!
